Please ensure that the Provincial Personalised Licence Number is applied for in the name of the registered owner of the Motor Vehicle.

Please note when submitting an application for Provincial Personalised Licence Number for public passenger carrying vehicle for reward purposes (TAXIS) must be accompanied by Public Taxi Permit.
