FUNERAL SERVICE – LATE TRAFFIC OFFICER MHLONGO 

Please be advised that the funeral arrangements of the late Provincial Inspector Sifiso Goldworth Mandla Mhlongo of the Road Traffic Inspectorate (RTI), Empangeni are as follows:

Mr Mhlongo joined the RTI on the 1st August 1996. On Saturday, 2nd March 2002 a traffic officer from the uMhlatuze Municipality fatally shot Provincial Inspector Mhlongo under mysterious circumstances.
