NDEBELE TO ATTEND MHLUNGWANE IMBIZO 

KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Transport, Mr S’bu Ndebele will visit the Mhlungwane community, near Nqutu tomorrow (2002-04-16).

The purpose of his visit is to listen to community leaders and residents of this area and surrounding areas regarding the difficulties they are presently experiencing in respect of access to a number of social services and to engage members of this community regarding solutions to these problems.

This visit highlights Ndebele’s commitment to rural development and the fact that he has used and continues to use his transport portfolio not only to build roads but also to bring integrated and sustainable development to many previously neglected parts of the province.

The programme will include:

• 10h00 – Community meeting at Mgidla High School. 
• 12h00 – Community meeting at Sizamile Tribal Authority. 
• 13h00 – Community meeting at Isandlwane.
