DRIVER OF THE YEAR COMPETITIONHead of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport, Dr Kwazi Mbanjwa extends an invitation to you to attend a dinner for the participants of the Driver of the Year Competition to be held at the Hilton Hotel (Durban) on Saturday, 23rd February 2002 commencing at 18H00. The primary aim of this function is to convey the Department’s gratitude to all stakeholders who contributed to the success of the Driver of the Year Competition that was held in Gauteng on the 11th and 12th of October 2001 as well as to acknowledge those participants who brought honour to this province. A new strategy to deal with fatigue on the roads will also be unveiled at this function. N.B.
