DEVELOPMENT INVADES OBUKAKwaZulu- Natal MEC for Transport, Mr S'bu Ndebele will visit the Obuka area near Empangeni tomorrow (Thursday), 2 October 2003 at 10h00. Since 2001, as part of the KZN Transport Department's Rural Development Programme, road infrastructure projects totalling more than R10 million have been put in place in this area. This has resulted in much needed development for this community which has contributed significantly to reducing the levels of poverty and creating many other opportunities to improve their living standards. MEC Ndebele will also be accompanied by MEC's Zweli Mkhize, Dumisani Makhaye and Mike Mabuyakhulu. All media are invited to attend. Please note picture opportunities.
