We are the leading providers of traffic related training in South Africa.

Our vision is "An Enabling Transportation Gateway to Africa and the World" and this is achieved through saving lives, development of people, economy and infrastructure of the Province of KwaZulu-Natal and value for money.

Training

Q	Who do we train?
A	Persons employed by registered Traffic Authorities, Private Test Stations, Municipalities.
Q	What training do we offer?
A	Traffic Officer’s Diploma Course Examiner for Driving Licences Grade A - F Examiner of Motor Vehicles In-Service Training Identification of Unroadworthy Vehicles Lion SD-II Dräger 7110 Training Booze Bus Training Operator of Speed machines Firearms Training Two-Way Radio Communication Procedures

Q	Who do we represent?
A	Represent the Province of KwaZulu-Natal at National level and give valuable inputs pertaining to Training and Legislation.

Logistics

The Traffic Training College utilises a budget of approximately three million Rand by doing the following logistical functions:-

• Supply 960 Traffic Officers with uniform and equipment on an annual basis.

• Equip vehicles i.e. Booze Buses, Patrol Vehicles, Motor Cycles, Subsidised Vehicles and Caravans with -

- Traffic Cones
- Barrier Tape
- First Aid Kits
- Radios for communication
- Warning Devices
- Barlights

• The Traffic Training College is also responsible for the purchasing and repairing of emergency equipment in patrol vehicles.

• All types of machines used in traffic enforcement i.e. Lion SD-II, Dräger 7110, Speed Machines, Brake Testers etc. gets calibrated and repaired through the Logistical Section at the Traffic Training College.
