The admin component at the Traffic Training College deals with a vast function. Some of the functions are as follows:

• Registration of Authorised Officers iro:-

• A Traffic Officers
• Examiners for Drivers Licences
• Examiners of Motor Vehicles throughout KwaZulu-Natal

• De-registration of Authorised Officers

• Management of SP files in terms of courses attended, uniforms issued for each RTI officer in KwaZulu-Natal.

• Procurement functions, and budget in excess of 5 million Rand.

• All admin functions pertaining to courses offered at the Traffic Training College, for example:

• Traffic Officers Diploma Course
• Examiner for Driving Licences
• Examiner of Motor Vehicles
• Refresher Courses
• Speed-timing Courses

• Switchboard functions handling about 350 calls per day.
